Rava uttapam

Ingredients to make Rava uttapam

  • Rava 1 cup.
  • salt
  • lemon juice 2 tbspn
  • one tomato
  • 1 onion
  • green chilli
  • coriander leaves

How to make Rava uttapam

  1. Soak 1 cup suji in 1 cup water.
  2. keep it for 5 minutes.
  3. then add lemon juice,salt in it and stir well.
  4. put a non stick tawa on gas.
  5. cut onion,tomato,green chilli,coriander and mix all well.
  6. then pour 2 spoon of rava batter on tawa spread little.
  7. then put coriander,tomato,onion mix..press it lightly.
  8. put the lid..cook it over medium flame..
  9. after 5 mints..flip the uttapam..
  10. cook till you see the golden texture of onion mix.

My Tip:

you can add 1 cup curd instead of lemon juice...serve this uttapam with any chutney, sambar, pickle or sauce.
