Ingredients to make Hersheys Chocolate Tea Cake

  • Refined flour 100 gms
  • Powder sugar 180 gms
  • butter 70 gms
  • Hershey's Cocoa powder 15 gms
  • Hot Hershey's chocolate syrup 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence few drops
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • eggs 2

How to make Hersheys Chocolate Tea Cake

  1. TAKE 100 GMS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, 1 TSP BAKING POWDER, 15 GMS COCOA POWDER
  2. SIFT WELL
  3. MIX WELL, SET ASIDE
  4. TAKE 70 GMS BUTTER, ADD 180 GMS POWDERED SUGAR
  5. BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH & CREAMY
  6. ADD 2 EGGS, A FEW DROPS OF VANILLA ESSENCE
  7. HEAT 2 TBSP HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE FLAVORED SYRUP IN A MICROWAVE FOR 20 SECONDS
  8. ADD THIS TO THE BUTTER MIX
  9. BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH
  10. ADD THIS TO THE FLOUR MIXTURE
  11. BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH
  12. THE CAKE BATTER IS READY
  13. GREASE A BAKING TIN, DUST WITH FLOUR
  14. PUT THE BATTER INTO THE BAKING TIN
  15. TAP & LEVEL IT
  16. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREES FOR 15-20 MINS
  17. THE CAKE IS READY, ALLOW IT TO COOL A LITTLE
  18. UNMOULD, DECORATE WITH POWDERED SUGAR
  19. HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE TEA CAKE IS READY TO SERVE
