ABOUT Espresso Pannacotta Topped with Chocolate Sauce RECIPE

This is satiny, silky smooth, voluptuous and wobbly dessert which I love to my heart’s content. Panna Cotta by nature is a rich dessert owing to the amount of cream that goes into making this. But that always has remained interestingly really refreshing. That could be because this is really a forgiving dessert while it comes to playing and pairing of flavors to combine with this. I have made Panna Cotta a lot many times now and this one I love to the core. The taste of coffee with the chocolate sauce is AMAZING. Delicious Dessert for PARTIES and something different on the Palatte. This DESSERT is definitely gonna be the NEXT PARTY FAVORITE.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 ml Milk
  2. 1 1/2 tbsp coffee powder
  3. 1/2 cup castor sugar
  4. 1/2 cup cream
  5. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  6. 1 tbsp Gelatin / Agar-Agar Powder
  7. Hershey's Chocolate Sauce
  8. Chocolate for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a bowl of hot water, soak the gelatin granules. Let them bloom and keep them aside.
  2. In a saucepan, heat milk and cream together. Add the coffee powder and sugar and mix well.
  3. Then add the Vanilla essence and stir well. There shouldn't be any lumps.
  4. Once the coffee comes to a boil, add the soaked gelatin to it and let the gelatin granules melt well. Keep stirring.
  5. Turn off the flame and the coffee mix is ready.
  6. Once the coffee cools down, slightly. Strain the coffee using a strainer to get rid of the foam.
  7. Pour them in the small bowls/molds and let them set for about 20 mins and then refrigerate it till you are ready to serve.
  8. Best to keep overnight.
  9. Dip them in lukewarm water for few seconds and then un-mold it.
  10. Top the Expresso Pannacotta with Chocolate Sauce and Grate some Chocolate on Top and Serve.
