Bhaji without onion n garlic ,,, n u can add vegetable according to you

Ingredients to make Pav bhaji

  • Phool gobi 250gm
  • Band gobi 250 gm
  • aloo 3
  • matar 200gm
  • shimla mirch 2
  • tomato 1/2kg
  • butter
  • Pao
  • Baigan 1
  • Pavybhaji masala
  • salt
  • dhania
  • Tomoto puree

How to make Pav bhaji

  1. Cut all the vegetables n cook in cooker till 3 4 whistle N press it with the help of presser n remember very less water in cooker n do check all the vegetables properly cooked
  2. Now take a pan add oil or butter then tomato puree ... Cook for 10 min now add boil vegetables den 3 tsp pavbhaji marsala or add masala according to your quantities den salt , mirchi, dhania , n last garnish it with capsicum n butter

My Tip:

Ap pyaz k sath bhi bna sakte hai... And jo log healthy bnana chahte hai ,, aloo kam dale
