Delicious crunchy chicken cutlet made with simple ingredients

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. chicken Keema 200 grams
  2. ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  3. lemon juice half teaspoon
  4. onion paste 3 tbsp
  5. grated cheese 2 tbsp
  6. green chilli paste 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. salt to taste
  9. egg 1
  10. breadcrumb 1 cup
  11. mustard oil to Deep fry


  1. In a bowl mix Chicken Keema, onion paste,ginger garlic paste, Chilli paste, salt, lemon juice, pepper powder & cheese. Then cover it with lid and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Now take the mixture and make two separate balls. Then shape each of them as cutlet.
  3. Spread the breadcrumb in a plate and in a seperate bowl beat egg with salt.
  4. Take each of the cutlet one by one and cover with bread crumb, then with egg and again in bread crumb. Set this in freeze for 5/10 minutes.
  5. Take the cutlet out from the freeze. Heat oil in a kadai. Fry cutlet in medium heat for 5/6 mints each side until it becomes golden.
  6. Serve hot with kasundi.
