Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. chicken drumstick 2 piece
  2. red wine vinegar 1 teaspoon
  3. salt to taste
  4. ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  5. coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  6. cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. smoked Paprika 1 teaspoon
  8. Cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon
  9. Garam Masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. mustard powder 1/2 teaspoon
  11. sesame oil 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes. You can add food colour, if you wish.
  2. Preheat oven at 180 degree and cook the chicken for 15 minutes each side. Check the chicken with toothpick. If not done, then cook for another 5/6 minutes.
  3. Bring the chicken out of the oven. Serve hot with lemon juice and salad.
