Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cauli flower 1/2 cup
  2. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  3. Garlic 2
  4. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  5. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  6. Besan flour 5 tsp
  7. Rice flour 3 tsp
  8. Salt as required
  9. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  10. Corn flour 2 tsp
  11. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. In bowl add flours.mix everything and form a batter
  2. Check salt and add turmeric powder,chilli powder and garam masala.mix well.
  3. In pan heat water add cauliflower and turmeric powder.cook it for 5-10 min after strain it.
  4. Now add this cauliflower to masala batter.mix it gently.
  5. In pan heat oil put cauliflower.cook well.add coriander leaves.
  6. Spicy gobi 65 is ready.serve it with coconut chutney.
