ABOUT Healthy Chatpata Chana RECIPE

Black chane with salad veggies, can be used as healthy breakfast or chatpate snack or as a rich salad.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled chane (black chole)
  2. Cucumber- 1 chopped
  3. Onion- 1 chopped
  4. Tomato- 1chopped
  5. Green chilli- 1 chopped
  6. Capsicum- 1/2 chopped
  7. Salt to taste
  8. chilli powder
  9. Amchoor powder
  10. Chat masala
  11. Lemon juice
  12. Nylon sev or bhujia

Instructions

  1. Take boiled chane in a bowl.
  2. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicum, green chilli, cucumber.
  3. Then add salt and red chilli powder according to taste.
  4. Sprinkle chat masala and amchoor powder.
  5. Mix it well.
  6. Add 1tsp of lemon juice.
  7. Mix again properly.
  8. Sprinkle nylon sev or bhujia and serve.
