Ingredients Serving: 13

  1. 300 gms khoya
  2. 150 gms sugar powder
  3. 1 cup mix dry fruit
  4. ghee for Deep Frying
  5. 100 gm ghee for garnish
  6. 200 gm sugar powder for garnish
  7. Dry nuts for garnish
  8. 2 tsp cardamom powder & nutmeg powder
  9. For making dough • 200 gm maida
  10. 1 tbsp ghee for moyin
  11. water for making dough

Instructions

  1. First add maida and ghee and rub it. Add water and make a soft dough of maida.
  2. Roast khoya in a pan.
  3. After cooling add all the ingredients.
  4. Make small balls from the dough.
  5. Now add khoya mix into puri and make a shape of ghari.
  6. With the help of strainer fry ghari.
  7. After cooling it add sugar powder in the leftover ghee and coat it onto the ghari.
  8. Garnish it with dry nut slice and serve it.
