Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Yellow lentils(mung dal) 2cup
  2. Cottage cheese (paneer) 200gm.
  3. onion 2 fine chop
  4. Green chilli 2+2-3fine chop
  5. Green coriander leaf 1/4cup chopped
  6. salt to taste
  7. turmeric powder 1/4sp
  8. hing 2 pinch
  9. Chat masala for sprinkle
  10. Black salt to taste
  11. oil 1/2 cup or as required

Instructions

  1. Soak the yellow lentils about 4-5hour.
  2. Now drain the extra water and grind with 2 chilli in mixer and make fine paste.
  3. Add salt, hing and turmeric in paste mix well.
  4. Now chop the onion, chilli and coriander leaf mix with little black salt.
  5. Take a nonstick pan on flame sprinkle some oil and whip with napkin now make a thin chlia sprinkle some oil more. sprinkle chat masala add onion mix now grate the paneer and fold it.
  6. Serve with ketchup/ green chutney.
