Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Potatoes 750 gram
  2. makhane 200 gram
  3. cottage cheese 200 gram
  4. cashews 2 tablespoons
  5. kishmish 2 tablespoons
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Green chillies 2
  8. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Chaat masala 1 teaspoon
  11. Oil for shallow frying
  12. Ghee for roasting makhane 2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Wash and boil potatoes
  2. Peel and mashed potatoes
  3. Roast the makhane adding ghee for 3 to 4 minutes
  4. Grind the makhane coarsely
  5. Add them to potato paste
  6. Add salt and pepper powder
  7. Add garam masala powder
  8. Mix well
  9. Now chopped cashews and kismish
  10. Chopped cottage cheese
  11. Mix cottage cheese and dry fruits in a bowl
  12. Add chaat masala
  13. Now grease your palm
  14. Take a small portion of potato dough
  15. Spread ot and fill 1 teaspoon cottage cheese dry fruits mixture in it
  16. Close it to make a pattie
  17. Make all patties the same way
  18. Grease the griller
  19. Grill the patties applying oil till golden and crispy
  20. Serve hot with tamarind dip and coriander chutney
