Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maida /refined flour : 2 cup
  2. Baking powder : 1 table spoon
  3. Curd : 1/2 cup
  4. Ghee : 1/2 cup
  5. Water : 2 table spoon
  6. Dry fruits : pista and kaju in few amounts
  7. Sugar : 2 cup
  8. For sugar syrup water : 1 cup
  9. Cardamom powder : 1/2 table spoon
  10. Lemon juice : 1/2 table spoon
  11. Saffron water : 4 table spoons

Instructions

  1. First of all take a boul pour this refined flour, baking powder, curd, ghee and then make dough with two table spoons of water. Then rest it upto 10 minutes
  2. After then for sugar syrup take a pan, keep on the gas stove, then insert sugar water, cardamom powder, saffron water then boil it upto 8-10minutes.
  3. Then from dough make small ball, press at the center. Then fry these at medium flame
  4. After the put in the sugar syrup for five to ten minutes.
  5. Then serve with chopped pista and kaju.
