it is traditional dosa with little twist of egg inside it. it is a very quick and easy snacks for any party

Ingredients to make egg dosa

  • dosa rice 2 cups
  • urad dal 1 cup
  • red chilli powder 1 table spoon
  • black pepper powder 1 table spoon
  • eggs 2 nos
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • chatni powder 2 table spoon
  • salt as per taste
  • oil 7-8 tablespoon

How to make egg dosa

  1. soak rice and urad dal overnight.
  2. make a smooth paste in food prossessor
  3. add salt, pepper, red chilli powder to the dosa paste
  4. in another bowl whisk egg with salt and chopped onion
  5. heat the tawa and drizzle some oil on it
  6. spread 2 spoon of dosa batter
  7. drizzle some oil on side and on top of the dosa
  8. now evenly spread the egg mixture on it
  9. sprinkle some chutney powder
  10. cover it and cook for few minutes. check weather the dosa leaving the pan.
  11. roll it and fry both sides for few seconds
  12. cut into small pieces and serve

My Tip:

After each dosa sprinkle some water on tawa it will help spreading the next dosa easily
