Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1.5cup all purpose flour
  2. Salt 1 tbsp
  3. Sugar 1tsp
  4. Dry instant yeast 1tsp
  5. Hot water 1cup
  6. Oil/ghee for dough n for frying
  7. 2-3 boiled potatoes
  8. Finely chopped capsicum,bell pepper
  9. Finely chopped onions
  10. Chat masala 1 tsp
  11. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  12. Jeera powder 1tsp
  13. Cheese 1/2cup
  14. Ketchup to serve with


  1. Assemble all the ingredients for the dough and knead a soft dough.
  2. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10-15min.
  3. Now to make the stuffing heat a pan add oil and add jeera.
  4. Then add onions saute them then boiled potatoes, add capsicum and red bell pepper etc.
  5. Cook them and add all the masalas to the stuffing.
  6. Now take the dough and spread it in a somewhat rectangle shape not round
  7. Now spread cheese all over the rectangle shape.
  8. Add the stuffing in one place at the edge..
  9. Now roll the rectangle chapati from the stuffed edge till other end and apply some water to secure the roll.
  10. Cut the dough into nice circles.
  11. Heat oil in a deep fry pan..
  12. Fry these and serve hot with ketchup.
