Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Semiya 1/2 cup
  2. Onion 1
  3. Tomato 1
  4. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  6. Chilli powder 2 tsp
  7. Garam masala 1 tsp
  8. Curd 1/4 cup
  9. Biryani masala 1 tsp
  10. Water 1 and half cups
  11. Oil as required
  12. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. In pan heat oil add onion.saute it till golden brown
  2. After add Ginger garlic paste and tomato .mix it well add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder
  3. Cook for 10 min now add curd ,garam masala, biryani masala mix it well add water and check salt
  4. Now add semiya. Close the lid and cook for 15 min open and stir it gently.
  5. Yummy spicy biryani masala semiya is ready to eat
