Ingredients to make Lauki muthiya

  • lauki 15o gram
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder 1/2 sppoon
  • Red chily powder 1/4 spoon
  • ginger paste 1/4 spoon
  • curry leaves
  • oil as required
  • sesame seeds 2 spoon
  • wheat flour 3 cup
  • mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  • cumin seeds 1/2 seeds
  • Asafotida a pinch

How to make Lauki muthiya

  1. Take a lauki. peeled it greated it
  2. Take a bowl, add lauki,wheat flour,sesame seeds, red chilly powder, salt, ginger paste mix well, knead it and make cylindrical shape
  3. Then in steamer .Add oil , boil it
  4. Then put muthiya and steam it for 15 minutes
  5. Then make round shape from knife
  6. Put oil in pan. Add mustards seeds, cumin seeds ,and asafotieda,curry leaves ,and add muthiya mix well
