Gathiya

Ingredients to make Gathiya

  • Chickpeaflour 2cup
  • turmeric powder 1/4 ,spoon
  • baking soda 1/4 spoon
  • oil 2 spoin & frying
  • Carrom seeds 1/4 spoon
  • Black pepper 2 spoon
  • salt to taste

How to make Gathiya

  1. Take a chickpea flour, heat oil, add salt, soda turmeric powder, black pepper and asafotieda, carrom seeds
  2. Add oil in flour and crumble with hand and add some water knead a dough
  3. Then take namkeen maker and set the jar
  4. Greased with oil
  5. Put the mixture in it
  6. Take a pan ,add oil
  7. And make gathiya

My Tip:

Serve with tea
