Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 10 pineapple pieces
  2. 1 bowl curd
  3. 4 tablespoon sugar
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. Pinch of chat masala
  6. 5 whole red chillies
  7. 1 teaspoon ghee

Instructions

  1. Cut pineapple rings in square pieces.
  2. Boil 1 cup water add 1 tablespoon sugar.
  3. Add pineapple pieces in boiling water and switch off the gas.
  4. Rest pineapple pieces in water for five minutes.
  5. Whisk the curd and add 3 tablespoon of sugar.( or as per your test).
  6. Add that masala and salt. Whisk again.
  7. Add pineapple pieces in curd.
  8. Now for tempering heat ghee in tadkapan, add whole red chillies and pour into curd.
  9. Mix all together. Freeze it.
  10. Your pineapple raita is ready to serve.
  11. Decorate with pineapple and cherry.
  12. Chilled pineapple raita go with pulav, biryani, or as dessert also
