Farsi puri

Ingredients to make Farsi puri

  • 11/2 cup maida
  • 3tsp semolina
  • 1tsp blackpepper
  • 3tsp ghee
  • 1tsp cumin seeds
  • oil for frying
  • salt
  • water

How to make Farsi puri

  1. Take maria,semolina,cikin seeds,3tsp oil and salt in a bowl and mix well
  2. Add water and knead dough.
  3. Cover it 15 minutes
  4. Then make poori
  5. Heat oil in a pan
  6. Deep-fry purie until they become light brown on both sides

My Tip:

Serve with tea
