Ingredients to make Ghughra

  • 2 cup maida
  • 1/2 rawa
  • 1/4 cup grated coconut
  • 1/4 cup raisin
  • 1/4 cup cashew
  • 1/4 cup almond
  • 1.5 cup powde sugar
  • 1/2;cup cardamom powder
  • 3tsp ghee
  • ghee for frying

How to make Ghughra

  1. Roasted rawa in ghee in a pan till it become light brown in color at slow flame
  2. Add cardamom powder, almond, cashew,coconuts,raisins,and sugar also
  3. Mix it properly and keep a side
  4. Mixture
  5. Add 1 tsp ghee in maida and mix it well
  6. Knead the dough, and roll it into small puri
  7. Dough
  8. Put mixture in it
  9. Make ghughra
  10. And
  11. Ready for fry
  12. Fry it low flame
  13. Ready for searve
