Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Almonds 20
  2. Cashew 20
  3. Pista 10
  4. Ragi 1/4 cup
  5. Broken wheat 1/4 cup
  6. Ghee as required
  7. Milk powder 1/4 cup
  8. Roasted gram 1/2 cup
  9. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In pan roast every millets and almonds,cashew and pista.
  2. Roast it for 5-10 min in low flame.and then grind it and store it in air tight container.
  3. In pan heat ghee add sathumavu powder and cardamom powder.roast it for a minute.
  4. Now turn off the flame.afd milk powder.mix it
  5. In another pan heat sugar and water.cook well till it reaches string 1 consistency.
  6. Then add little by little powder mix it well add ghee interval of 5-10 min.
  7. Cook well till it reaches it sides of the pan.
  8. Now grease the plate.pour it. Wait for 20 min.and then cut and serve.
  9. Healthy sathumavu barfi is ready.
