Mutton mince cooked with traditional spices and stuffed in potato covering.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mutton mince half kg
  2. Potatoes half kg
  3. 1 tbsp oil for kheema
  4. 1 cup Bread crumbs
  5. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 2 tbsp chilli powder
  7. 1 tbsp mix condiments powder
  8. 1 tbsp cumin corriander seeds powder
  9. Chopped coriander
  10. Salt
  11. oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and fry mince with ginger garlic paste, salt and all dry masala .
  2. Add water and Pressure cook till done.
  3. Simultaneously boil potatoes.
  4. Smash potatoes and add salt , chopped coriander and bread crumbs. Knead well to make a smooth dough.
  5. No water should be left in kheema.
  6. Take a small ball of the dough and stuff kheema in it. Shallow fry the patties. Serve with pudina chutney.
