Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats 1 cup
  2. Milk 1 1/2 cup
  3. Dry fruits ( 1 katori )
  4. Carrot grated ( 1/2 ) cup
  5. Dates 6 no washed and cut
  6. Coconut shredded 1/2 cup
  7. Sugar 1 cup
  8. Wheat flour for kachori ( you can take maida also)
  9. Ghee for frying.
  10. Black currant. 1/2 katori
  11. Cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Cook oats in milk.
  2. Add carrots and dates.
  3. Add sugar.
  4. Let it cool.
  5. Add dry fruits, finely chopped.
  6. Add cardamom powder.
  7. Knead wheat flour ( maida).
  8. Roll and fill kachori.
  9. Dry roast on a tawa and then deep fry in ghee.
  10. Enjoy to the fullest.
