Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Basmati rice 1 cup
  2. Water 1 and half cup
  3. Carrot 3
  4. Potato 3
  5. Biryani masala 1 tsp
  6. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala 1 tsp
  8. Chilli powder 2 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  10. Curd 1/4 cup
  11. Coriander leaves few
  12. Ginger garlic paste 3 TSP
  13. Onion paste 2 tsp
  14. Cinnamon small
  15. Cardamom 1
  16. Onion 2
  17. Tomato 1
  18. Cloves 2
  19. Oil as required
  20. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. In cooker heat ghee and oil.add cinnamon , cardamom and cloves.
  2. Fry it for a min.and add onion.saute it till golden brown.after add Ginger garlic paste.onion paste.
  3. Cook for 5 min add tomato,salt, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder.garam masala.curd mix it well
  4. Cook for 10 min .after add carrot and potato pieces
  5. Add water and let it allow for boil.and then add rice.
  6. Cook for 1 whistles.and then put it into dum.
  7. Healthy veggie biryani is ready
