ABOUT Strawberry Cheesecake Bites RECIPE

Light and less sweeter on taste bites! Its a no cook and no bake dessert! Adapted from recipes found in internet.

Ingredients Serving: 6

Strawberry -6 nos
Cream cheese - 2 tablespoon
Maple Syrup - 2 teaspoon
Graham biscuits mixed with sugar - 1/4 cup
Blue berries - equal to strawberries.
Vanilla essence - optional

Instructions

Spread the crushed biscuits in a plate and keep aside
Wash and pat the strawberries gently. Remove the top part of the strawberry and make a pit inside.
In a bowl, place the cream cheese, sweetener and beat well. Use a electric mixed if you wish. Until it’s light and fluffy. Scoop the cream in a piping bag.
Now, pipe the cream inside the strawberry and then dip them in the crushed biscuit. You can sprinkle as well.
Place the blueberries on top and serve chilled.
