Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice 1 cup
  2. Water 3 cups
  3. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  4. Red chilli 3
  5. Pepper 1 tsp
  6. Cashew 2 tsp
  7. Jeera seeds 1 tsp
  8. Ghee 2 tsp
  9. Salt as required
  10. Oil as required
  11. Hing 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. In cooker add rice and water,salt, turmeric powder.cook for 4-5 whistles
  2. After in pan heat oil and ghee,add pepper,Jeera seeds, cashew, curry leaves,hing,red chilli
  3. Mix it .cook for 5 min in low flame.
  4. After add this mixture to cooker add ghee.mix it well
  5. Cook for 5 min and switch off
  6. Healthy Pongal is ready
