Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Potato 2
  2. cooked rice half cup
  3. shredded paneer 1/4 cup
  4. garam masala half teaspoon
  5. Chilli flakes 1 teaspoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. for making chutney :
  8. Coriander leaves half cup
  9. shredded coconut half cup
  10. Green chilli 1
  11. Ginger 1 small piece
  12. Garlic Pods 2
  13. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  14. Salt to taste
  15. For dipping and coating :
  16. All purpose flour 2 tablespoon
  17. Bread crumbs 1 cup
  18. Shredded cheese 1/4 cup
  19. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. boil and mash the potatoes nicely
  2. grind the cooked rice using mixie
  3. in a bowl mix potatoes with cooked rice Garam Masala Chilli flakes paneer and salt
  4. make chutney by simply grinding all the ingredients listed under for making chutney
  5. make same size balls out of potato and rice mixture and make a small pit at the centre of it.
  6. at that pit keep a spoonfull of chutney and shredded cheese.
  7. Now roll them into perfect shaped balls without any cracks
  8. Make a paste by simpling mix flour with some water.
  9. Dip the chutney bombs into the paste and then with bread crumbs.
  10. Heat oil in a kadai and fry them till golden brown.
  11. Enjoy with your favourite ketchups and dips.
