THIS IS MY GRANDMOM'S RECIPE WHICH MY ALL FAMILY ENJOYED IT WHENEVER I COOK FOR THEM SIMPLE YET A VERY DELICIOUS RECIPE..TRY THIS OUT.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 KG MUTTON / chicken MINCE
  2. 6-7 TB SPN til OIL
  3. 1 onion SLICE
  4. 2 INCH ginger
  5. 8-9 garlic
  6. 5-6 GREEN CHILLIES
  7. 2 TSPN POPPPY SEEDS
  8. 4 TSP ROASTED chana POWDER
  9. 5-6 GREEN cardamom
  10. 1 STAR ANISE
  11. 1 javitri
  12. salt TO TASTE
  13. HUNG curd 1 CUP

Instructions

  1. PREPARE A SMOOTH PASTE OF ONION,GINGER GARLIC ,GREEN CHILLIES,POPPY SEEDS, CARDAMOM,STAR ANISE & JAVITRI.
  2. MIX THE PASTE & SALT IN MINCE & MARINADE IT FOR AN HOUR.NOW IN A KADHAI ADD TIL OIL, PUT GREEN CARDAMOM IN THAT.NOW MAKE SMALL SMALL BALLS WITH THE MINCE & COAT IT WITH BEATEN HUNG CURD .
  3. PLACE ALL THE BALLS IN OIL..LET IT COOK ON A MEDIUM FLAME WITH A LID FOR ABOUT 6-7 MINUTES. GARNISH IT WITH CORIANDER & SERVE WITH GARMA GARAM ROTI OR LACHCHA PARATHA
