Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cup flattened rice (poha)
  2. 1/2 cup peanut's
  3. 10 cashews
  4. 1/2 tsp Salt
  5. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1 tbs sugar powder
  8. 100 gram oil
  9. 2 tbs dry fruits

Instructions

  1. Firstly in a wok add oil nd heat it nd fry poha on medium flam.
  2. After fried poha keep aside.now in a same oil fry dry fruits , peanut's, cashew .
  3. Now mix all flattened rice, dry fruits, peanut cashew in a bowl Nd add dry masala like salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, sugar powder .Mix well
