A very easy sweet preparation for any festival or party.

Kalakand !!

Ingredients to make Kalakand !!

  • paneer grated- 200 gms
  • Condensed milk - 100 gms
  • Milk powder- 40 gms
  • cardamom powder- 1/4 tspn
  • Chopped pistachios and almonds- for garnish(about 2 tbspn)
  • ghee- 1 tspn

How to make Kalakand !!

  1. Take a non stick pan put the grated paneer in it
  2. Now add the milk powder in it
  3. Next put condensed milk in it
  4. Now mix all the ingredients well
  5. Now heat the pan ...And keep stirring it continuously
  6. It will get thick and leave the sides of the pan....
  7. Now add cardamom powder in it
  8. Let it cool slightly....now grease a square ir rectangular shaped tin with ghee
  9. Then pour this mixture in it and press it with a spatula and make it even....
  10. Now garnish with chopped pistachios and almonds
  11. Now refrigerate it for half an hour to 45 minutes....
  12. Then cut it with a knife to squares ....
  13. Enjoy your Kalakand
