Crostini, an Italian appetizer, is crusty bread with different delicious toppings.This is a crispy, flavorful way to serve a baguette that is so pretty it is perfect for entertaining!" Crostini—Italian for “little toasts”—are simply small slices of toasted or grilled bread, usually made with baguette or ciabatta, that make a perfect base for dips, spreads, cheeses, vegetables, or pâtés. Arrange these little toasts next to a cheese platter or dip, or serve them alongside a soup, stew, or salad. Crostini taste best straight from the oven. Coleslaw is a Salad which can be served as a Side Dish at any Party. This creamy coleslaw recipe is light, healthy, and tastes great!

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. French Loaf
  2. Bell Pepper ( Red, Green, Yellow )
  3. Sliced Baby Corn
  4. Tomato Ketchup
  5. Pizza Seasoning
  6. Chopped Parsley
  7. Garlic Paste
  8. Salt and Pepper to taste
  9. Mozzarella Cubes
  10. Dry Oregano
  11. 1&1/2 tbsp Butter
  12. Olive OIl
  13. 350 g (12.3 oz) of cabbage shredded
  14. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  15. 1 carrot, peeled, shredded
  16. 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  17. 35 ml (1.1 oz) of apple cider vinegar
  18. 1/4 teaspoon of paprika

Instructions

  1. Making of Crostini : Cut the French Loafs into thin Slices.
  2. Take Butter, Dry Oregano (Hand Crushed), Garlic Paste, fresh Parsley in a Bowl and mix well.
  3. Apply this Butter mixture evenly on the Loafs on both the sides.
  4. On a baking tray wrapped in Aluminium Foil, Put these Bread Loafs and put it in the Oven (Bake this Slices at 180 Degree Celsius for 5 mins).
  5. Meanwhile, In a frying Pan put some Olive Oil.
  6. Add Garlic Paste (1/4 Tsp), Bell Peppers, Baby Corns, Fresh Parsley, Pizza Seasoning, Dry Oregano, Tomato Ketchup, Grated Black Pepper and fry them for a few minutes. Turn off the Flame.
  7. Let the Topping cool a little and salt to taste.
  8. Take out the Bread Loafs from the oven.
  9. Top the Bread Slices with the Vegetables.
  10. Lastly top it up with Mozzarella cubes and sprinkle pizza seasoning on the chesse cubes.
  11. Put the Bread Slices back in oven for 5 - 6 Minutes and bake it till the cheese cubes belts.
  12. Making of Coleslaw Salad : In a bowl take some cabbage, carrots and onion. Add mayonnaise, paprika, apple cider vinegar, Salt and Pepper and mix well. Salad is now ready.
  13. Remove the Crostini from the baking room and serve hot with Coleslaw Salad.
