This is a healthy snack prepared from soya chunks and murmure

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chopped onions 2
  2. Chopped chilli and capsicum
  3. Corriander leaves
  4. 2 Tomatoes chopped
  5. Boiled and squeezes choya chunks
  6. One bowl murmure
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Chat masala as per taste
  9. Red chilli powder 1/4th spoon
  10. Turmeric a pinch

Instructions

  1. Heat 1/2tbsp oil in a pan and add jeera and all the chopped veggies.
  2. Add turmeric salt pepper in the veggies.
  3. Now take murmure in a separate big bowl add slightly chopped soya chunks with some chat masala and tomatoes.
  4. Now add the veggies which were already sauteed.
  5. Add lemon juice and corriander leaves and serve as a snack.
