Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Cherry tomatoes - 1 punnet
  2. Canned Tuna - 1 can
  3. Spreadable cream cheese - 3-4 tbsp
  4. Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
  5. Cucumber - 1
  6. White Bread - 1 slice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna and place in a bowl.
  2. Add cream cheese and mayonnaise.
  3. Blend with a hand blender until smooth and well combined.
  4. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and take out all the seeds by using a knife.
  5. Half of the cucumber slice in round shape for boats to sit on.
  6. Cut thin strips of the skin of other half cucumber for the sails of boat.
  7. Cut the crust side from bread and flatten with a rolling pin. Cut the bread into small triangles for the sail as well.
  8. Now filling the tomatoes with tuna.
  9. Pop a toothpick through the prepared cucumber and bread sails.
  10. Stick those sails alternatively into the filled tomatoes.
  11. Now finally place the boats with sails onto the sliced round cucumber.
