Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Bajra ka atta - 2 cup
  2. Desi ghee - 1 cup
  3. Sugar - 1 1/2 cup
  4. Luke warm water - 6 cup
  5. EIaichi power - 1/2 spoon
  6. Cashew -1/4 cup
  7. Almonds- 1/4 cup
  8. Raisin- 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. 1. Take ghee in a pan. heat it, add bajra atta, roast atta for 15- 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Add dry fruits , sugar,elaichi power and luke warm water and cook up to paste consistancy, turn off flame.
  3. 3. Garnish with dry fruits and rose petals . Serve hot.
