  • bajra ka atta - 2 cup
  • Desi ghee - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 1/2 cup
  • Luke warm water - 6 cup
  • EIaichi power - 1/2 spoon
  • cashew -1/4 cup
  • almonds- 1/4 cup
  • Raisin- 1/4 cup

How to make Bajre ka halwa

  1. 1. Take ghee in a pan. heat it, add bajra atta, roast atta for 15- 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Add dry fruits , sugar,elaichi power and luke warm water and cook up to paste consistancy, turn off flame.
  3. 3. Garnish with dry fruits and rose petals . Serve hot.
