Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken kaleji 200 gm
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  3. coriander powder 1 tsp
  4. Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  5. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  7. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil 1 tbsp
  10. Chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in kadai, saute ginger garlic paste for few seconds.
  2. Ad chicken liver and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Ad all spices with 1/4 cup water,cover and cook on low to medium flame.
  4. When done,open the lid and garnish with some chopped coriander leaves.
  5. Serve hot with roti or rice.
