Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl soaked white peas (4 hours,)
  2. ,750 gram boiled potatoes
  3. 500 grams imli
  4. 400 grams jaggery
  5. 1. Cup. Corn flour
  6. 2. Green chillies
  7. ,1 cup chopped coriender
  8. 1 tea spoon garlic paste
  9. Chopped Onions
  10. Gram flour savaiya (fried )
  11. Salt .termeric red chilly powder
  12. Oil as per requirement

Instructions

  1. **** Soak white peas for 4-5 hour
  2. **** Boil potatoes and mesh it
  3. **** Then add green chillies ,salt ,termeric powder and mix it well
  4. **** Make tikki (pattish) from this mixture
  5. ,**** Heat a pan and shallow fry all pattish
  6. **** Now make chutney from imli and jaggery. In liquid form
  7. **** Take garlic paste and add red chilly powder and make red chutney
  8. **** Now boil boiled white peas. Add some water to make proper consistency
  9. **** Boil it for ,10 minutes
  10. **** Now assemble Ragda pattish
  11. **** As per serving a plate.........Take a plate for serving. Add hot hot green peas Ragda. Add some imli chuney. ,add 1/2tea spoon red chutney. , put 1. Pattish ..then garnish. With chopped onion and gram savaiya
  12. ****So yummy and tasty Ragda Pattish is ready to eat ....:yum:
