Ingredients: 4 large boiled potatoes; 5 hard boiled eggs; 2 tsp roasted cumin powder; 1/4 tsp of julliened ginger; 2 tsp of chat masala; salt to taste; 1 tsp of lemon juice; 2 beaten eggs; bread crumbs for coating; Vegetable oil for frying

Ingredients Serving: 5

4 large boiled potatoes
5 hard boiled eggs
2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/4 tsp of julliened ginger
2 tsp of chat masala
salt to taste
1 tsp of lemon juice
2 beaten eggs
bread crumbs for coating
Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

Take all the ingredients in a medium sized bowl except eggs
mix all the ingredients properly.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them as per your choice
Cut the eggs into halves
Insert one half into each oval shaped croquettes , and cover it well with the mashed mixture
Take one each and first dip in egg wash then coat them well with breadcrumbs .
Fry them in batches in medium hot oil
