Idli chilli tikka

Ingredients to make Idli chilli tikka

  • Rawa idli 4-6 pieces
  • tomato ketchup 1 spoon
  • Green chilli paste 1 spoon
  • Red chilli paste 1/2 spoon
  • ginger- garlic paste 1/2 spoon
  • olives (optional)
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper
  • cabbage for garnishing
  • Tooth picks
  • Onion and bell peppers
  • curd 2 spoon
  • Mixed herbs ( my secret )

How to make Idli chilli tikka

  1. Take rawa idli and cut into 4 pieces.
  2. Mix all ingredients and marinate.
  3. Dip the bell pepper, onions and idlies in it.
  4. Arrange them in a tooth pick in a sequence.
  5. Shallow fry on non stick pan or microwave for 2-3 mins.
  6. Garnish with cabbage and olives.
  7. Serve hot.
