About Tofu Satay Recipe

Its a very refreshing starter for any party!!!Because of freshely herbs it taste is awesome!!

Tofu Satay

Ingredients to make Tofu Satay

  • For Satay paste
  • Fresh red chillies 8
  • garlic pods 6
  • jaggery 1 tsp
  • turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Galangal 1tsp(chopped)
  • lemon grass roots 2 tsp. (chopped)
  • onion 1 Tbsp (chopped)
  • Tamrind 2 tsp(soaked)
  • Kasmiri red chillies 4
  • peanuts 2 tsp(slightly roasted)
  • vinegar 1/2 tbsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Fresh coconut milk 1 cup
  • Tofu 200 grams (cut into square shape cube)
  • Red capsicum 1/2 (cut into square shape)
  • Green capsicum 1/2( cut into square shape)
  • onion 1 (cut into square shape)
  • oil 2 tbsp

How to make Tofu Satay

  1. Keep Satay paste ingredients.
  2. Make fine paste .
  3. Paste is ready.
  4. In a bowl add coconut milk,4 Tbsp Satay paste,salt,both capcicum,onion,tofu all together.
  5. Marinate for 1 hour.
  6. Take Satay stick,put tofu,red capsicum,onion,green capsicum,again tofu.
  7. At the time of grilling apply oil and grill it on a hot pan.
  8. Enjoy!!!Serve Hot!

My Tip:

Use freah things.
