ABOUT Three year old Nimbu pickle RECIPE

This is three years old picKles stored at room temperature.

Ingredients Serving: 50

  1. Nimbu-1 kg
  2. Sugar-250 gm
  3. Salt-150 gm
  4. Turmeric powder- 1 tbs
  5. Red chilli power- 1 tbs
  6. Black salt- 50 gms
  7. Ajwain- 25 gms

Instructions

  1. 1.	Keep nimbu in salted solution for 1 hour than remove and clean these nimbu.
  2. 2.	Cut all nimbu in a small pieces.
  3. 3.	Mixed all spices and sugar in to pieces of nimbu.
  4. 4.	Keep in a glass jar.
  5. 5.	Keep the jar in open sun shine place for 4-5 days.
