Ingredients to make kanda poha.

  • poha 1 cup
  • onion 1 thinly sliced
  • green chillies 2 finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin and mustard seed
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • salt to taste
  • coriander to garnish.

How to make kanda poha.

  1. wash the poha and keep aside
  2. in a pan heat oil. add cumin and mustard seeds and curry leaves
  3. once they splutter add onion. and green chillies
  4. sauté for sometime. add salt and turmeric
  5. add washed poha. mix well. add coriander and serve hot
