Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1bowl gram flour
  2. 2 boil mash potatoes
  3. 1tbsp mustsrd seeds
  4. A pinch heeng
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1tbsp red chilli
  7. 8-10curry leaves
  8. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Instructions

  1. Add gram flour and curd in bowl whisk it till lumps gone.
  2. Add salt red chilli Ginger garlic paste again whisk till turns in smooth paste
  3. Now add boil mash potatoes .now heat pan add all mixture till it looks thick .
  4. Greece plate and cover the mixture now cut in square pieces .
  5. Shallow fry and give it tadka with mustard seeds curry leaves.
