ABOUT Taco Salad Cups RECIPE

What better fusion could it be by using leftover wheat chapati for making the Taco cups.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Homemade two Chapati
  2. Boiled Corn Kernels 3-4 teaspoons
  3. Boiled kabuli chana 1/2 cup
  4. green yellow and red bell peppers 1 tsp each
  5. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  6. salt to taste
  7. Mango crush 1 tsp
  8. Chilli flakes 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Cut three round shapes from each Chapati.
  2. Place all the six rounds on the muffin tray cups and bake them for 7-8 minutes.
  3. They will get crisp . Remove and let them get cold.
  4. In a bowl , mix all the rest ingredients and put them in the cups and serve as and when we want to consume.
  5. Serve immediately.
