Ingredients to make Schezwan maggie

  • 2 packs of maggie
  • 2 medium size chopped onions
  • 1 medium size chopped tomato
  • 2 tablespoons spring onion
  • 2 tablespoon schezwan chutney
  • 1 tablespoon ghee

How to make Schezwan maggie

  1. Boil 3 cups of water in a pan and add maggie masala and maggie and cook on high flame till water gets absorbed.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and add chopped onion and saute 2 to 3 minutes. Now add chopped tomatoes and saute.
  3. Then add spring onion and saute for one minute. Add schezwan chutney and mix well.
  4. Add this mixture in maggie and mix well. Our schezwan maggie masala is ready to serve.
