Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Oil 2 spoons
  3. Water 1 cup
  4. Salt 1 pinch
  5. Tomatoes 1 cup
  6. Green capsicum 1 cup
  7. Onions 1 cup
  8. Vinegar 1 spoon
  9. Red chilly sauce 1 spoon
  10. Green chilly sauce 1 spoon
  11. Soya sauce 1 spoon
  12. Black pepper powder 1 spoon
  13. Red chilly flakes 1 spoon
  14. Mixed herbs 1 spoon
  15. Tomato sauce 3 spoons
  16. Cheese 1 cup
  17. Pizza topping 1 cup
  18. Ginger-garlic paste 1 spoon

Instructions

  1. First knead dough by mixing Maida, water, salt, and oil.
  2. Now make small balls of it and roll roti if it.
  3. Heat tawa and roast it from both sides. But don't put oil.
  4. Now heat oil and add ginger-garlic paste, green capsicum, onions, tomatoes, salt, red chilly flakes, mixed herbs, vinegar, soya sauce, red chilly sauce, green chilly sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper powder and cook well.
  5. Now take 1 roti and spread pizza topping, on half side spread vegetable mixture, cheese.
  6. Now pack it such that it will have half moon shape.
  7. Spread oil on tawa and roast this from both sides.
  8. Serve it with any dip you want.
