Delicious sweet dish made by jaggery

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maida 2 cup
  2. Wheat flour 2 cup
  3. Ghee 1/4 cup
  4. Jaggery 250gm
  5. Fennel seeds 2 tablespoons
  6. Water 1 cup
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Method Take a souce pan, switch on the gas, put water and jaggery in it and let it stir until the jaggery dissolves. Switch off the flame, let Jaggery Syrup come to the room temperature.
  2. Take another bowl, add maida, wheat flour, fennel seeds and ghee mix them all well.Now add jaggery syrup as required and make soft dough. Let daugh rest for atleast 15-20 minutes
  3. Divide the dough in four-five parts and roll each portion of the dough round circle. Maintain the thickness as per your requirement, preferred 3 cm, cut them into diamond shape or as you wish, and fry them in slow to medium flame until it turn to golden brown.
