Ingredients Serving: 20

  1. Raw Mango - 3 kg
  2. Salt - 150 gm
  3. Turmeric powder - 25 gm
  4. Red chilli power – 50 gm
  5. Heeng- 1 tbs

Instructions

  1. Cut mango slices from raw mango without skin.
  2. Dry mango slices in full sun shine for 8 hours.
  3. Keep slices in a jar and mixed all spices and salt with slices.
  4. Keep the jar in open sun shine place for 4-5 days.
