Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  2. Ragi flour 2 tablespoons
  3. Soya flour 1 tablespoon
  4. Dates pulp 1 cup
  5. Rosted mix dryfruits 2 tablespoons
  6. Rosted makhana Crumbs 1 tablespoon
  7. Cardamom powder 1 / 4 teaspoon
  8. Nutmeg powder 1 / 4 teaspoon
  9. Ghee 2 tablespoons
  10. For garnishing caramel sauce 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take ghee in a pan. Add dates pulp.
  2. Take another pan add ghee, wheat flour, ragi flour and soya flour. Roste it. till it turns pink.
  3. Add roasted dates pulp, roasted dryfruits crumbs and makhana crumbs.
  4. Add cardamom powder and nutmeg powder.
  5. Make it small balls. rub roasted dryfruits crumbs.
  6. Garnish with caramel sauce or honey.
  7. Easy powerpacked balls is ready to serve.
