Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1bowl mendo atta
  2. 4tbs channa atta
  3. half tsp ajmo
  4. half tps salt
  5. half tbs black salt
  6. 1tbs chaat masala
  7. 1tbs garam masala
  8. 1 green chilly small pc
  9. 1 TVs salt
  10. 2 or 3 boil potetos

Instructions

  1. first u take 1bowl mendo atta put Ajman , salt n 3 TVs oil n mix it properly n then put water n make dao n after leave dao for 10 minutes
  2. another stap take a pan n put oil little to hot then put green chilled, coriander,Kashmiri Mitch 1tea spoon , chaat masala, black salt, garam masala, n mix it then but boil potential smash one n then put salt on taste n mix it again
  3. another side dao make small Puri Ovel shape n cut it little in between with knife n then put Potrero which is ready n fold it’s then u fry in modicum flam aloo tikki Kari vil ready
  4. u can it with tometo ketchup or chutney
