Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 50 gm egg white
  2. 100 gm granulated sugar
  3. 100 ml whipping cream
  4. 2 tsp Icing Sugar
  5. 1 cup aatta
  6. 3/4 cup sugar
  7. 1/2 cup Ghee
  8. 1.5 cup water

Instructions

  1. First step is to make the meringue. For that take egg whites and double the amount of sugar in a mixing bowl and blend with a help of a beater at high speed till you get firm peaks.
  2. Pour the meringue batter into a piping bag and pipe circles on a baking tray pf your desired size. Bake it at 90 degree for about 1 hour in a preheated oven.
  3. Next step is to make Aatta ka halwa. To make halwa roast aatta in the ghee till it is nice golden brown. In a sauce pan add water and sugar till sugar dissolves completely. Now add sugar syrup into the roasted aata mixture and stirr continuously.
  4. Next step is to whip the cream. Take cream and sugar in a mixing bowl and beat it at high speed till you get firm peaks.
  5. For assembling our dessert, take the meringue and pipe whipping cream on top of it (i have used the star shape nozzle). Put the halwa in a piping bag and cut the tip little bit not too thick.
  6. Now on the whipping cream, pipe halwa in a zig zag manner. Dust icing sugar on top to give snow effect. It is ready to serve.
